② - Choose the canvas size and place your order. (We also have a digital file option)

③ - After placing your order click contact seller button and send the best photos of your pet via etsy chat. Please check our photo guide to help you choose the best photos. If the photos you sent are not suitable, we will contact you for the new ones

④ - After receiving the photos we will send you a preview in 24 hours. We always try our best to make you happy with the result but if you are not satisfied, we will make revisions until you are happy. We guarantee %99.9 happiness. However, you always have the right to cancel your order if you are not satisfied with the final result.

⑤ - After your approval, we immediately start the printing process then we carefully pack and ship the final product. (If we do not get your approval or rejection for the preview within a week, the preview will be accepted as approved and production will begin. Please don't forget to check your messages)
