At CICEKLI (a trading name of CICEKLI LLC), we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We proudly offer an extended 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

  • It must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • It must have all original tags attached.

  • It must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Ship: Pack your items securely and use the provided label to ship them back to our returns center.

Please Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

Refunds
